To Process a Return

1. Complete the Online Return Form – If you have a Bardigiani account, log in and initiate the return from the “Orders” section.

2. Prepare Your Item – Collect the unused and unworn item, along with all original packaging and accessories. Ensure that security tags/seals are intact; otherwise, your return may be rejected.

3. Package Securely – Safely pack the item and accessories in the original order box. We cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged returns, so please double-check the labeling and packaging.

4. Choose a Courier – Arrange for a pickup with your preferred courier within 14 days of return authorization.

5. Return Authorization – Upon successful delivery to our warehouse, your return will undergo a quality check to confirm compliance with our return criteria. Your return request will either be accepted or rejected.

Accepted Returns

– If your return is accepted, you can choose between a refund to the payment method used for the order or a credit voucher redeemable on Bardigiani.com.

Rejected Returns

– Items not meeting return criteria will be returned to you.
